Customer Requested Cancellations

Our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately. If you do not wish to keep the item(s) once they have arrived in the mail, simply return them by following our Return Instructions below.

Note: You may cancel your order if you receive an e-mail notifying you that we are unable to process your payment information. Please contact us immediately at 1-877-807-6055 if you receive this e-mail and wish to cancel your order.

We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if the item(s) we sent is defective.

The item(s) must be returned in good condition and in original packaging (whenever possible). The following item(s) are non-refundable: Item(s) returned after 30 days of shipment; Returns received altered, damaged or in worn condition.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 10 business days of us receiving the returned order.

To ensure proper handling of your return, please Contact Us  to obtain an Authorization number and a printable Return Form. We cannot guarantee proper handling of your return if an Authorization number is not obtained. In the message box put RETURN and state the reason for your return or exchange.

Return Instructions: 

To return item(s) purchased online, please follow these steps:

  1. Complete the Contact form and we will then email an Authorization Number and a Return Form.
  2. Print and complete the Return Form in your email from Unmarx.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure credit.
  4. Enclose the completed Return Form, including your Authorization Number, with the item(s).
  5. If we have emailed you a printable prepaid label, affix this onto your return package.
  6. Ship your package to us. It is recommended that you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. UNMARX cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  7. Once the return is received we will contact you to let you know we received the package and how your return will be refunded, according to your method of payment.

 Return Status:

    • Return times can vary depending on the shipping method chosen when sending the return.
    • If you are returning a product without a pre-authorized shipping label, we recommend that you send it by a traceable method. This will allow you to know exactly when the item is received at our warehouse.
    • It will take up to 10 business days for the refund to be applied once the return has been received.
    • It will take 1 to 2 business cycles for the credit to appear on your statement depending upon statement cut-off timing.
    • The original form of payment on the order will be credited.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you have received an item that was damaged or defective upon arrival, please call our Customer Service Department immediately. It is important that you contact us before returning the item(s), so that we may provide you with an Authorization number and return shipping label. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. In the event that you have received an item that is damaged or defective, we truly apologize and will give you a full refund or replace your item(s) accordingly.

  • Your order number. If you do not know your order number, please sign in your account on our BUY page to find the number in Your Order History. If you do not have an account with us, you can access your order number from your package invoice or email that we sent to you to confirm your order.
